FOUND TV 2-Year Anniversary Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

The FOUND TV 2-Year Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Found Streaming Inc., operating as FOUND TV (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is only open in jurisdictions where participation and awarding of the prize are legally permitted without requiring the Sponsor to obtain additional registrations, licenses, bonds, permits, or approvals.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Found Streaming Inc. are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published on the @watchfoundtv Instagram account and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To receive one entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

Follow @watchfoundtv on Instagram.

Comment on the official giveaway post and tag the friend they would want to help them survive a found footage film.

Limit one entry per person.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a FOUND TV prize pack consisting of:

One FOUND TV shirt — approximate retail value $29 USD

One FOUND TV hat — approximate retail value $35 USD

[NUMBER] FOUND TV Blu-rays — approximate retail value $24 USD each

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $112 USD.

One prize will be awarded.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. If any advertised prize item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate value.

Any taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or similar charges imposed by the winner's country or jurisdiction are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random draw will take place following the close of the Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @watchfoundtv Instagram account.

FOUND TV will never request payment, credit card information, banking information, or any fee in order to claim this prize.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, another potential winner may be selected by random draw.

The potential winner may be required to provide their full name, mailing address, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

Where required by applicable law, including for eligible Canadian winners, the potential winner may also be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

8. Shipping

FOUND TV will pay standard shipping costs for delivery of the prize to the winner.

The winner is responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable mailing address.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, customs processing, import restrictions, or inability to deliver a prize resulting from circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

If the prize cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the selected winner's jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, uses multiple or fraudulent accounts, submits automated entries, violates these Official Rules, interferes with the operation of the Giveaway, or engages in conduct that Sponsor reasonably determines compromises the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with the winner, and deliver the prize.

Information collected for the Giveaway will not automatically enroll entrants in marketing communications unless they separately consent to receive them.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, the winner agrees that FOUND TV may announce their Instagram username, first name, or other reasonably identifying information for the purpose of announcing the Giveaway winner without additional compensation.

12. Release

By entering, participants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Found Streaming Inc., FOUND TV, Instagram, Meta, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

13. Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform disruptions, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway is administered by Found Streaming Inc. in Ontario, Canada and, except where the laws of an entrant's jurisdiction require otherwise, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
