FOUND TV currently accepts direct submissions for completed films (features and shorts) and original pitch concepts ONLY within the found footage, analog horror, mockumentary, and experimental horror space.

We prioritize originality, strong concepts, and clear chain of title. Submitting does not guarantee review, response, or acquisition.

Before submitting, please note:

You must control the rights to the material you submit.
Music, footage, and likenesses must be cleared by you the producer.
FOUND TV does not accept unsolicited materials without acceptance of the submission release.
Note: if you are pitching a concept, our current production slate is full however will still consider strong pitches for review.

FOUND TV Submission Release

I acknowledge that FOUND STREAMING INC. and its subsidiaries (“Company”) receive numerous unsolicited submissions and that similar or identical ideas, concepts, or materials may already be in development or available to the Company. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for the Company’s use of any similar or identical material. The Company would not accept or review my submission without my agreement to these terms. I retain all rights to submit this or similar material to others. No confidential, fiduciary, partnership, or agency relationship is created by my submission.

Acknowledgment of Rights and Authority
I confirm that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and that I am the sole creator, owner, or duly authorized representative of the submitted film or materials (“Film”), with full authority to submit them to the Company.

Chain of Title Representation
I represent and warrant that I control all necessary rights in the Film, including but not limited to rights in music, footage, performances, likenesses, logos, and third-party materials, and that all such elements are original, licensed, or otherwise cleared for review and potential distribution.

Grant of Rights for Review
I grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to internally review, screen, and evaluate the Film solely for consideration of potential distribution or licensing. No rights are granted beyond evaluation unless and until a separate written agreement is executed by both parties.

No Obligation
The Company has no obligation to review, accept, acquire, distribute, respond to, or negotiate regarding the Film and may reject it at its sole discretion.

Waiver of Claims
I waive any claims against the Company arising from the review, rejection, non-response, or alleged similarity between my submission and any existing or future Company projects.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of my representations, warranties, or agreements herein.

Governing Law
This submission release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
