•You are a volunteer, not an employee or paid contractor.

•You may promote FOUND TV and its films at your own discretion. There is no posting requirement.

•You must clearly disclose your relationship with FOUND TV when required by law or platform rules, including using #ad or similar disclosure language.

•You may only use music, clips, and assets that you own or are properly licensed to use on social media platforms. Do not use unlicensed music or footage.

•You are legally responsible for your posts. If a claim arises from your content, you agree to indemnify and protect FOUND TV.

•You may not represent yourself as an employee, spokesperson, or decision-maker for FOUND TV.

•FOUND TV is politically neutral. You may not associate FOUND TV or the Creator Crew with politics in any way.

•FOUND TV may remove creators who post hateful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content. Honest criticism and negative reviews are allowed.

•Your Creator Crew term runs January 1 to December 31, 2026 and does not auto-renew. Renewal requires re-application and acceptance.

•FOUND TV can end the relationship at any time, and you can leave at any time.

•In return, FOUND TV provides:

••A free one-year FOUND TV subscription

••Access to filmmaker networking opportunities

••Early awareness of upcoming releases for optional promotion

If you do not agree with any of the above, do not apply.

These Creator Crew Volunteer Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the FOUND TV Creator Crew program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by Found Streaming Inc., doing business as FOUND TV (“FOUND TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Nature and Relationship

1.1 Volunteer Status

Your participation in the Program is strictly voluntary. You are not an employee, independent contractor, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of FOUND TV for any purpose.

1.2 No Compensation

You will not receive monetary compensation, revenue share, commissions, or reimbursement of expenses in connection with your participation in the Program.

1.3 No Authority

You have no authority to bind FOUND TV, make representations on behalf of FOUND TV, negotiate deals, or speak as an official spokesperson unless expressly authorized in writing.

2. Program Benefits

Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, FOUND TV may provide the following non-cash benefits:

One (1) complimentary FOUND TV subscription for a period of twelve (12) months

Access to general networking opportunities with filmmakers and creators within the FOUND TV community

Non-confidential updates regarding FOUND TV releases and upcoming content for awareness and optional promotion

All benefits are discretionary, non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Content Creation and Promotion

3.1 Creator Discretion

You may, at your sole discretion, create and share content referencing FOUND TV, FOUND TV releases, or related activities. You are under no obligation to post any content.

3.2 No Pre-Approval Required

FOUND TV does not require pre-approval of your content. All content must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3.3 No Misrepresentation

You may not:

Make false or misleading claims about FOUND TV, its content, or its services

Imply guaranteed outcomes, financial returns, or endorsements beyond your personal opinion

Present yourself as an official employee or spokesperson of FOUND TV

4. Legal Compliance and Disclosure Obligations

4.1 Advertising and Disclosure Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and influencer disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines, Competition Bureau Canada guidelines, and platform-specific rules.

4.2 Disclosure Hashtags

Where required by law or platform policy, you must clearly disclose your relationship with FOUND TV using disclosures such as #ad, #sponsored, #partner, or equivalent clear and conspicuous language.

4.3 Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and monetization rules of any platform on which you post content.

5. Music, Footage, and Intellectual Property

5.1 Licensed Materials Only

You represent and warrant that any music, sound recordings, video clips, images, footage, fonts, or other materials used in your content are owned by you or properly licensed for commercial and promotional use.

5.2 No Unauthorized Use

You may not use copyrighted materials, including film clips, trailers, or music, unless expressly authorized or lawfully licensed.

5.3 FOUND TV Intellectual Property

Any use of FOUND TV trademarks, logos, film titles, or promotional materials must not be altered, misused, or presented in a misleading manner.

6. Brand Values, Conduct, and Political Neutrality

6.1 Brand Values

FOUND TV exists to support and grow the found footage community in a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative manner. Constructive criticism and negative reviews are permitted. Hateful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory conduct is not.

6.2 Political Neutrality

FOUND TV is politically neutral. You may not associate FOUND TV, the Creator Crew, or any FOUND TV branding, content, or affiliation with any political party, candidate, campaign, movement, public office, ballot initiative, or advocacy position.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your personal political views when clearly unrelated to FOUND TV. Any political content that references, tags, or reasonably connects to FOUND TV or the Creator Crew is prohibited.

7. Indemnification

7.1 Creator Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FOUND TV, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

Content you create, post, or distribute

Alleged infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

Failure to comply with disclosure, advertising, or platform rules

Breach of these Terms

7.2 Survival

This indemnification obligation survives termination or expiration of your participation.

8. Content Monitoring, Brand Safety, and Removal

8.1 Right to Request Removal

FOUND TV reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content that reasonably violates these Terms, applicable laws, or harms the FOUND TV brand.

8.2 Termination for Brand Safety and Conduct

FOUND TV may immediately suspend or terminate participation, in its sole discretion, if a Creator:

Posts hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content

Engages in conduct that reasonably harms or risks harm to the FOUND TV brand or community

Associates FOUND TV with political parties, candidates, campaigns, or advocacy positions

Violates platform rules, applicable laws, or these Terms

Negative reviews or critical commentary alone do not constitute grounds for termination.

8.3 No Obligation to Monitor

FOUND TV has no obligation to monitor Creator content.

9. Term, Renewal, and Termination

9.1 Fixed Program Term

Participation commences January 1, 2026 and automatically expires December 31, 2026, unless earlier terminated.

9.2 Renewal by Re-Application Only

Participation does not automatically renew. Continuation requires re-application and written acceptance by FOUND TV. Absent acceptance, participation is deemed automatically terminated.

9.3 Termination for Convenience

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

9.4 Effect of Termination or Expiration

Upon termination or expiration:

You must cease representing yourself as a Creator Crew member

Any complimentary subscription or access may be revoked

You may not imply an ongoing relationship with FOUND TV

FOUND TV has no further obligations to provide benefits

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOUND TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Program, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You have read and understood these Terms

You agree to be legally bound by them

13. Survival of Obligations

The following provisions survive expiration or termination:

Legal compliance and disclosure obligations

Intellectual property and licensing obligations

Brand values, political neutrality, and conduct obligations

Indemnification

Limitation of liability

Governing law

Any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination
