General SUBMISSION RELEASE Form

I acknowledge that FOUND STREAMING INC. and its subsidiaries ("Company") receive many unsolicited submissions and that similar or identical materials may be developed by the Company or already available to it. I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of such similar or identical material by the Company. I further understand that the Company would not accept or evaluate my submission without my acceptance of all provisions of this agreement. I retain all rights to submit this or similar material to others. No fiduciary or confidential relationship exists or is established by this agreement or my submission.

Acknowledgment of Original Work: I confirm that I am the sole creator, owner, or authorized representative of the submitted film ("Film") and have all necessary rights to submit it to the Company.
Grant of Rights: I grant the Company the non-exclusive right to review and consider the Film for its streaming service, including internal screenings and, if selected, negotiating distribution terms.
No Obligation: The Company is under no obligation to accept, distribute, or promote the Film and may reject it at its sole discretion.
Representations and Warranties: I represent that the Film does not infringe on any third-party rights and contains no unlawful or defamatory content.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from any breach of my representations, warranties, or agreements herein.
Shorts Program Terms: I understand that The Company is accepting submissions for its Shorts selections, and that these screenings include participation in a revenue share program. No license fees are paid upfront, but filmmakers are entitled to fifty percent (50%) of their proportional share of advertising and subscription revenue earned on the platform, subject to FOUND TV’s accounting and payment terms.
