FOUND TV – Official Giveaway Rules

Effective Date: June 20 2025

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of other countries may participate where permitted by local law, but FOUND Streaming Inc. reserves the right to restrict prize delivery if shipping laws or customs limitations apply. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of FOUND Streaming Inc. are not eligible to win.

2. Contest Period

The contest will run for five (5) consecutive days, starting Monday June 23 2025 and ending Thursday June 26 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Daily prize draws will occur each day during the contest period, and a final grand prize draw will be held on Friday June 27 2205.

3. How to Enter

Daily Giveaways:
Anyone who backs the Indiegogo campaign for The Possession of Lincoln County before or during the contest period will be automatically entered into that day’s draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter. All individuals who join the FOUND TV Contest Email List between Monday June 23 2025 and

Thursday, June 26, 2025 will be automatically entered into prize draws. To enter withouut backing the campaign, enter at this link by 11:59 PM EST on Thursday June 26 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

-Digital FOUND TV memberships

-Limited edition merchandise

-other prizes as selected by Found Streaming Inc.

Prize specifics will be announced on a rolling basis. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. FOUND Streaming Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

If a winner resides in a country with delivery restrictions, a digital prize of equal value may be provided in place of physical goods.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Each day, one (1) winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry. To claim a prize, a selected entrant must:

Respond to the notification email within 48 hours,

Provide a valid shipping address (if required),

Correctly answer a skill-testing question without assistance,

Failure to complete any of the above may result in disqualification and a new winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received each day.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest organizers. FOUND Streaming Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if necessary. Winners may be announced on FOUND TV’s social media and website unless otherwise requested.

Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of contest administration and will not be shared or sold to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
